Viking Murder Mystery Party (8-10 Players)
You’re a viking living in the Orkney Islands in the late 9th century C.E. The Orkney Islands are about 90 islands in northern Scotland that are an earldom under the rule of Norway and the King of Norway Harald Fairhair. The leader of Orkeny Islands is Gorm The High Earl.
All the earls have gathered at The Main Island to celebrate, but are on edge because rumor has it that the King from Norway is coming to put a secret band of Orkey rebels in their place. Supposedly bands of Vikings from Orkney have been traveling to Norway and raiding the cities there. And slowly there is talk of alliances forming. Soon you may have to decide if you are with or against your motherland Norway. Your fellow vikings seem to put all that aside for the night's festivities. The celebration is going well but by Odin's beard Gorm The High Earl has died!
